Timbre_The Timbre string set is the best that Warchal has made so far, utilising all of their knowledge and experience. It combines gut-like sound and response with the extra projection and stability that synthetic strings can deliver.
Amber_The Amber string set has been developed with the aim of achieving the sound quality of the best gut strings without any tuning instabilities. The set features W-Core®, a completely new core material developed by Warchal
The sound is rich and warm, but still has texture. The strings also feature a distinctive high quality silking design.
E-String_ Both, Timbre and Amber E string is based on the newest unique invention. With longitudinal elasticity of the string, results are a significant sound improvement and no whistling.
Brilliant_ The Brilliant string set with it's advanced synthetic core is intended for players who seek the most projecting sound. It also offers quick tuning stability. Synthetic core strings need about three to four days to settle in before achieving full tone quality.
Karneol_ The KARNEOL string set produces well-balanced velvety tones, giving warmth and texture to your sound. They have a synthetic core, and normally require three days to achieve tuning stability and optimum tone quality. These are very similar to Dominates only better!

Crafted in Beijing the Legato brand represents consistently excellent quality from entry-level to performance-grade bows
Due to overwhelming demand, we represent cutting-edge synthetic bows. We offer hybrids with carbon-cores and Pernambuco exteriors, woven carbon fiber and carbon composite materials; all with excellent dynamic balance and warm, lively responsiveness.
“Why should I buy a carbon-fiber bow? What are the advantages?”
Carbon Fiber is certainly not for everyone, but it offers unique features that can be hard to match in a wood bow.
Wood swells, contracts, warps, breaks easily, and needs constant maintenance. Carbon-fiber, on the other hand, resists snapping, maintains its shape, and can be cleaned with almost any material. This makes carbon-fiber bows ideal for players in extreme conditions, such as a fiddler in an Irish punk band, a cellist in a wedding quartet, or an adventurous teen practicing in the woods.
2. Price
While carbon-fiber is not cheap, making violin bows from it is more cost-effective than using rare Pernambuco wood. Entry-level Pernambuco bows cost over $600, whereas lower-end carbon-fiber bows can be found for $300 or less, making them ideal for students not ready to invest in wooden bows.
As the price of carbon-fiber rises, so does the bow's tonal quality. Higher-density carbon-fiber offers complex tones and agility, with some bows costing thousands of dollars. However, professional-quality carbon-fiber bows can often be found for under $1000, sometimes even half that price.
Due to their affordability and durability, many players keep carbon-fiber bows as backups or for use in environments unsuitable for wooden bows. For example, a professional might use a wooden bow for a church wedding but prefer a carbon-fiber bow for an outdoor wedding to avoid issues with humidity and weather.
3. Performance
Carbon-fiber bows resonate differently than wood bows, scoring higher on the Lucchimeter gauge of tonality. This makes them hyper-responsive and dynamic, with a distinct tone quality. Many professional players exclusively use carbon-fiber bows, praising their performance and likening them to or even exceeding wooden bows. As technology improves, carbon-fiber bows will continue to advance.
